Panay Bukidnon inhabit the areas of Aklan, Capiz, Antique, and Iloilo.
National living treasure, Federico Caballero along with Caballero can be found in Garangan, Calinog, Iloilo in Panay region of Central Visayas, Philippines.  They are the culture bearers of the Suguidanon Epic, Binanog dance imitating the flight of the eagle, Panubok embroidery, and Binukot - kept princess.
